Roof Warranty Programs Available to Our Customers
Billings Roofing & Solar Inc. is proud to offer workmanship and products that are backed by the leading roof warranty programs in the industry. As a factory-certified contractor for both GAF and CertainTeed, we’re able to provide outstanding warranties on our roofing installations that uncertified contractors aren’t authorized to offer. This ensures that when you work with our reputable company, your installation is covered – guaranteed.
GAF Roof Warranty Programs
Because we are a GAF Master Elite® Certified roofing contractor, we can offer our customers the three warranty options that GAF offers: System Plus™, Silver Pledge® and Golden Pledge®. Each of these warranties includes Lifetime (Limited) coverage of GAF shingles, plus 50-year coverage under GAF’s Smart Choice Protection Period and the additional coverage outlined below.
- Golden Pledge® – Included with the installation of GAF Shingles, plus at least 5 qualifying accessories. Provides tear-off coverage as well as disposal coverage when necessary. Also includes 25-year coverage of our workmanship.
- Silver Pledge® – Included with the installation of GAF Shingles, plus at least 4 qualifying accessories. Provides tear-off coverage as well as disposal coverage when necessary. Also includes 10-year coverage of our workmanship.
- System Plus™ – Included with the installation of GAF Shingles, plus at least 3 qualifying accessories. Provides tear-off coverage when necessary. (Does not cover disposal or workmanship.)
CertainTeed Limited Roof Warranty
The Asphalt Shingle Limited Warranty provided by CertainTeed offers Lifetime (Limited) coverage for any new CertainTeed roofing system we install. CertainTeed shingles have an eye-catching design that mimics cedar shake, giving you a wood-like appearance without the hefty price tag or maintenance requirements.
